What is CTE (Consent to Establish)?
In accordance with The Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution Act of 1974 and The Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution Act of 1981), CTE-Consent to Establish is a NOC provided by TNPCB that is required before you start your business or enterprise. Before starting a business, CTE must be obtained from the relevant State Pollution Control Board (TNPCB). Application in the proper format, with the required paperwork and payment, is required for the process, which is then followed by an inspection.
What is the Procedure for Obtaining TNPCB NOC?
